In 2024, the Anne & Gene Worrell Foundation Board of Directors adopted a new grantmaking strategy prioritizing programs in three geographic areas. The Foundation had an increase in available grantmaking dollars and made more significant investments in grantee partners.

Albemarle Housing Improvement Program: $334,000 to support the rehabilitation of homes in the Greater Charlottesville Area.
All Blessings Flow, Inc.: $30,000 to support All Blessings Flow's Rural Outreach Project Manager and Community Engagement Coordinator positions.
Bennett's Village: $15,000 to support Bennett's Village's capital campaign for an all-abilities playground in Pen Park.
